Once you have enrolled on a course at Derby College you will automatically have a Microsoft Office 365 account which you can use both within and outside College (if you set up MFA). The account gives you access to all of the Office365 apps including Microsoft Teams which you can use to message and call members of college staff, as well as your college e-mail through Microsoft Outlook and many other Microsoft applications such as OneDrive, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and much more.
Type Office.com into your browser from any computer to login with your Derby College username (student number@student.derby-college.ac.uk) and your password (initially your DOB DDMMYYYY). This will activate your account and let you access the above apps.
